Who we are	Vault Liquidators LLC, an independent liquidator selling wholesale lots.
What is sold	Unmanifested mixed-condition merchandise, by the pallet, case pack or truckload, as described on each listing.
Condition	As-is. Not tested, graded or guaranteed. See warranty.
Quantities	Any piece count shown is approximate and is not a term of the contract.
Title and risk	Title passes on payment in full. Risk passes on delivery to the carrier.
Payment	Wire or ACH bank transfer. See payment.
Delivery	See shipping. Dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Claims	See claims. Narrow by design and consistent with the disclosure on every listing.
Resale	You are responsible for the legality of reselling what arrives, including any recall, safety or labeling obligation.
Governing law	The laws of the State of Maine, United States.
