No. Every load on this site is sold unmanifested. There is no item-level list of what is inside, and we do not produce one on request. Where a listing states an approximate piece count, treat it as an estimate of scale, not a guaranteed quantity.
What condition is the merchandise in?
Mixed. Loads combine customer returns, shelf pulls and overstock in proportions that vary from load to load. Some units will be damaged, incomplete or unsellable. Nothing is tested for function before it ships, and powered goods are sold untested.
Can I choose the brands, sizes or models in a load?
No. Assortment varies by load and cannot be selected, reserved or requested. If a listing names a brand, that brand is represented in the load, but the mix around it still varies.
What can I claim for if something goes wrong?
We cover a load that never arrives, a load that is not the one you ordered, and damage that happened in transit and was noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Report transit damage within 48 hours with photographs; the other two within 30 days. We reply within 3 business days.
What is not covered?
Piece count differing from the approximate figure on a listing, the condition or function of individual items, and resale value are all outside the claims policy. That is a direct consequence of what we disclose on every product page: counts are approximate and goods are untested, so we do not promise otherwise here.
Where do you ship?
The 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories are quoted separately before you order. We do not ship outside the United States.
How do I pay?
Wire or ACH bank transfer. Card payment can be arranged with the team after you place an order. Nothing is charged at checkout.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can buy a single pallet. Truckloads are priced per load and cost considerably more, but nothing obliges you to start there.
How soon does a load ship?
2 to 5 business days to dispatch after payment clears. Transit time on top of that depends on distance and the carrier.
Are you affiliated with the retailers you name?
No. We are an independent liquidator. Where a listing or category names a retailer, it describes the channel the goods came out of. It does not imply any affiliation, endorsement or partnership.
