Shipping is free within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery is 2 to 9 business days in total: 1 to 2 business days after payment clears to process, then 1 to 7 business days once dispatched.
What can I raise a claim about?
Freight damage must be noted on the bill of lading and reported within 48 hours - that is the carrier's deadline. Non-delivery, a load that is not the one you ordered, or goods that arrive defective are covered for 30 days.
